# How To Make It:

- Line a large baking tray or flat surface with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, finely crush the Oreos. Transfer to a bowl. Add the powdered sugar, melted butter, and softened cream cheese. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Place the Oreo mixture between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out to a rectangle about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick.
- In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in food coloring until evenly tinted.
- Spread the colored whipped cream evenly over the rolled-out Oreo base, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border on the long side.
- Using the parchment to help, carefully roll the mixture into a log, starting from the long edge without the border. Seal the seam side down.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Before serving, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with Halloween decorations, and add candy eyes if desired. Slice into 1-inch servings with a sharp knife. Serve cold.

  • If your Oreo base cracks while rolling just press it back together the filling hides any imperfections
